I started my fitness journey at 180lbs in 2018 and I have tried every weight loss tactic under the sun. 1200 calories, paleo, keto, hours of cardio, waist trainers, intermittent fasting, juice detoxes, and SO much more but nothing seemed to work. Not only did I lose 50lbs through healthy practices, but I eventually lost TOO much weight. I began my own research to become the strongest and healthiest version of myself and I now specialize in fat loss and muscle growth for beginner, intermediate and advanced weightlifters and type 1 diabetics who are looking to begin their fitness journey.
